I gave (half) the Simpson family dark skin with the colour replace tool in Photoshop, and also changed their house in the process. I also made their dog yellow, giving him a "Simpson" look. It was very interesting to play around with this tool, and the cut picture really shows the contrast between the original and edited photo.
